Recently, a Real Estate agency approached me to develop a mandatory eLearning course on Diversity and Inclusion for their employees. It's been an incredible experience, and I want to share it with you. From the very beginning, I knew this project was going to be special. A multinational company dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment, approached me to create a comprehensive eLearning course that would raise awareness, promote understanding, and inspire action towards building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
