I’m Marina Arshavskiy, a multi-award-winning instructional design strategist, educator, and author with over 20 years of experience in higher education and more than 15 years in instructional design and eLearning.

I hold a Master’s in Instructional Design and am currently pursuing my EdD in Learning Design and Technology at Johns Hopkins University. I'm the creator of the Complete Instructional Design for eLearning program and the author of two books: Instructional Design for eLearning and eLearning on a Shoestring.
